Have you ever heard of “Self Talk’?

The term was coined by my friend Shad Helmstetter back in the 1980′s, when he wrote the best selling book “What To Say When You Talk To Yourself”… A great read .

Self Talk is the concept of you understanding the power that your words have and using the right words to get the results in life you desire…

Who desires more abundant energy, more vitality, or even the ability to do unique and amazing techniques?

We all do, right?

There are several things which are important as it refers to influencing your mind.

  1. What others say to you about you
  2. What you think others are saying about you
  3. What you are saying to yourself about you.

Well folks, #3 is the most important one of all…

Your ability to do amazing things has to do with how well you develop the ability to say and believe powerful words to yourself…

Your words have power…They are “Qi Containers”, and as such carry an immense amount of potency…

Think about this…If I taught you how to build up incredible physical energy, but you still had limiting thoughts, what would happen?

The energy you would be producing, would be converted to a negative energy, and depending on how strong the energy was, would depend on the results, either positive or negative.

That is why using the right kind of “Self Talk” is so important if you really want to be a Controller of your life…

Strong Qi + Weak Mind = Limited Ability

Strong Qi + Powerful Self Talk = Controller Power

This is why you must work on your mind equally if not more than your physical abilities…

What good is a physical manifestation if your mind limits it?

So, how do you use positve Self Talk for Mind Force and Quantum Qigong?

You make a decision to NOT SPEAK NEGATIVE AND ONLY SPEAK POSITIVE ABOUT YOURSELF!

Every time you speak a word to yourself, it goes into your mind as a reality…

Speak negative, and it is a negative reality. Speak positive and it is a positive one.

Key Point: Your mind does not know the difference between a real or an imagined thought…

I’ll expand on this next time, but in the meantime, investigate how you can start speaking more positively to yourself…

When you do this, you will notice that after about 21 days, you will be a more powerful human being and that is a good thing.

Have a great day!

WOW! I was thinking this same thing just in the middle of the night. I was thinking about all the negative belifs that I still hold about myself. For instance: I use to say that I gained weight by just looking at food. What if I created the opposite belief that looking at food makes me slim–wouldn’t that be a fun belief?
Thank you SO much for this.
    Blessings

Sounds like a great tool! I’ve always thought that self talk is something useless.
I guess this applies to words not spoken aloud as well? But maybe they are not as strong?

that was some really helpful information, I’ve been toggling with it myself lately, it really does make a difference when positve words are used instead of negative ones
