The Secret to Eternal Youth?

My brother Gene is a musician…
Always has been…
From being in a heavy metal band in his teens and twenties to playing with his buddy
in a duet in his fifties…
So, he invited me to see him play Saturday night…
My other brother Todd was going there, so I said I’d stop by for a couple beers.
He mentioned to me that there were going to be some people from our High School there doing a little meet up.
Sounded like a fun way to spend my Saturday night…
However, my wife Mary Jane didn’t want to go, so I had to fly solo.
As soon as I entered the room, I went into shock…
I was looking at people from my High School, most of which were younger than me and they all looked like “old people”.
Now, I’m 53 so don’t think I’m chronologically a youngster, but man these people looked so old and battered.
I’m sorry to say that, but I got scared thinking– DO I LOOK THAT OLD?
And the reality is, I probably do look “older” but I feel no different than when I was in my twenties or thirties.
Most of the people I spoke to said to me– Al, you look so young, just like in high school but without the hair.
How do you stay so young and fit? Are you on some kind of training program?
My reply is always– Thanks I appreciate it, and yes over the years I’ve done my best to keep my mind and body young.
Is there a secret to youth and vitality?
There is and it’s called Mind Force & Quantum Qigong…
Over the next couple of days, I’m going to introduce (or re-introduce you) to a system that can turn back the hands of time
and have you feeling better than ever before.
And for you young whipper snappers in your 20’s and 30’s & 40’s, I’ll show you how you can have even more amazing energy and
slow down the aging process…
And I’ll teach you so much more than that…
To be honest, I don’t know how old I look, but people always think at least 10 years younger…
— I was in an office a couple of years ago consulting and the one managing director said to me– Wait until you get my age. To which I responded
what age is that and he said I’ll be turning 40 this year! I told him how old I was and he freaked out…
— I was at a party at my buddies house, and he introduced me to his neighbor as someone he went to school with, and his neighbor said– Maybe
you taught this guy in school, he looks like a kid…
— When I took my son to visit colleges a couple of years ago ( I was probably 48 at the time), the school counselor asked me to leave
my son and him alone since he wasn’t allowed friends to sit in. When I told him I was his dad, he didn’t believe me and I had to show him
my drivers license…
Not trying to toot my own horn (and maybe I am a little), but the chi works and can have an amazingly positive affect on so many areas of your life.
